How do I know what metal and size my earring is?

  • We advise you check the size and metal of the earring before placing an order, which can be found in the product description under each item. Most of our jewellery is Sterling Silver, however some limited-edition pieces may be brass or otherwise stated.

Are earrings sold as pairs?

  • No. The beauty about our boutique is that all our earrings are sold individually so that you can create your own pair(s) and build your perfect MATCHBOX.

Can I have my shipping sent Recorded Delivery to the UK, or Next Day Delivery?

  • Absolutely. There is an option at Check Out for this.

What currency is your store in?

  • Our e-store is in GBP.

What happens if my earrings arrive faulty?

  • We hope this doesn’t happen as we take great care in our quality control, however if it does, please notify us as soon as they arrive. You can read more on our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page.

What happens if I don’t like my order?

  • Unfortunately due to hygiene we cannot offer an exchange or refund. 

How long does UK delivery take?

What if I want to buy more than 6 earrings, as your MATCHBOX only holds 6?

  • All orders are sent out in a complementary MATCHBOX jewellery pouch, however you can choose to add to your cart as many MATCHBOXES as you would like if you would prefer they arrive in that packaging

Is your packaging recyclable?

  • Our MATCHBOX jewellery pouch has been designed as a re-usable and sustainable way to store your earrings. It is also a smarter way to help us as a brand reduce our Carbon Footprint
  • We created our card MATCHBOXES as a keep-sake item. These boxes are made from 100% card which is recyclable, however please dispose sensibly of the foam insert.

What if I am allergic to your earrings?

  • We strongly advise that you check the material of your earring(s) before placing the order. We know how sensitive ears can be, so we trust that you know of any known metal allergies before purchasing from MATCHBOX.

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major card providers and PayPal.

Is my data and information protected?

  • Yes. We know how important it is to protect your privacy and data, and it will not be used for anything not stated in our Privacy Policy here.
